We're going to demystify the process of writing music. From debunking the word "talent" and reframing what we do as a skill; something we cultivate rather than something we're born with, to talking about tips and tricks that we can use to write a better melody, build some cool chords, and make that hook stay in your head forever.
Just Write Music will also put our mental health front and center. We're going to cover specific strategies to combat mental illness. The career and lifestyle of a musician is particularly predisposed to depression and anxiety. This is something that's extremely close to my heart and has been part of my journey for a long time. It's my goal to make sure that you're able to keep yourself healthy so that you can make the best music you possibly can.
I'm here to help you, so please let me know what I can do. So let's get started!
